Rear view mirror monitor and camera arrived and fitted. Had some fun trying to thread the cable through but ok in the end. Screen comes on when reverse is selected. Not 100% happy with the angle of the camera as its angled towards the floor, I may replace with something that gives a higher view.
Also fitted the fog lights into the bumper, was an easier job than I expected and I’m really pleased with the look, while the bumper was off I took the opportunity to clean the inside of the bumper and front of the van before replacing. I didn’t connect the harness but it is in place. My bcm doesn’t support fog lights so have a relay and supporting light switch. Just need to do some research before attempting the wiring.
Rain light sensor bracket is due this week and the wiring is in ready and the sensor works correctly.I’ve drawn out a mask for the primer ready so just waiting for that and I’m done...... for now Image

Hi @Sands0777, are your rear camera guide lines dynamic (ie move with the steering wheel) and where about did you mount your camera (a pic or two would be great). Thanks 😏

Mounted it here. More or less centre of the van but in my opinion it’s too low down. In hindsight I should have bought the ones that mount in the high brake light on top of the door. Would give a better view when reversing. The lines are not dynamic but the camera only cost under £10. As I have parking sensors it does the job well

Fog lights wired in today, bcm didn’t support them so wired with the a relay into the light switch pin 5. Will change the bulbs for white.

Great looking caddy, nice work! The 12v switch panel you installed is a great job. Do you need the leisure battery to use that or can it be wired in without it? Is there any guides around on how to get that setup?

Thank you, the panel will work off the main battery I suppose just need a live feed with adequate cable and fuse. The wiring is pretty straight forward 1 live and one ground in and all switches are linked with individual fuses out.

It was under the storage tray on top of the dashboard. Simple to remove as there are clips if you look closely
