Looks great @Giddy
You having any problems with the atmospheric BOV? Do you have a MAF?
I've been trialling a dual port Turbosmart valve on mine and it's great, only blows to atmosphere when you're giving it some. No MAF on mine so no fault codes.

Re: My Caddy 4, 1.4 TSI, Acapulco blue
@Doc Thanks. No problems so far, drives just like before without any side effects. No MAF in 1.4 TSI either. It does not blow on a steady acceleration, but if you push it harder it blows off on every gear change, although I'm still trying to understand the exact behaviour. There is also a spare uprated spring for the BOV, shall I need one.

Re: My Caddy 4, 1.4 TSI, Acapulco blue
Thanks chaps. It's not a noisy setup, as it still quite close to OEM. Nowhere near as noisy as a cone type filters. Inside the cabin there's no noticeable difference under normal driving, but you can hear a change in the engine tone when pushing harder and also an added blow off sound when changing the gears.

Re: My Caddy 4, 1.4 TSI, Acapulco blue
Thanks for taking your time to read through. I've put all the part numbers in the "useful part numbers" thread https://www.caddy2k.com/forum/viewtopic ... 80#p334806
Can't remember exact price, it was a while ago... I think it was around £150 for all of them

Outstanding build! I'm here looking up dodo sound deadening and carpet at the min very hard sourced without looking in the UK ordering is a nightmare at the min. Is 60cm x 583 in a roll or 50 sheets of dodo matt enough to do floor and windows ? Can get it off cosycampers.ie

Re: My Caddy 4, 1.4 TSI, Acapulco blue
I think 50 sheets will be ok to start with, but not enough if you covering entire floor. Quite a lot goes on the sides behind factory panels, sliding door and barn doors.
