So a few weeks ago I fitted some LED Headlight bulbs

At the same time of ordering the headlights I ordered the fog lights to match but I ordered the wrong ones so had to send them back & get the correct ones sent, so they arrived & today got the fitted.
Now headlights & fog lights match Image

Fitted some reflectors in the doors until I can get some light units.

Makes a small difference.

Need to get mouldings & rail cover painted but slowly getting all the bits I want, so I can then have a couple of days putting it all together.

Still need to buy VCDS & a cheap laptop for it.

Hi Dubbsley,
I see you swapped to LED lights.
Which kind of LED Headlight bulbs did you buy?
What about visibility, do you see improvement in night driving?

Thanks and have a nice day ;)

Hi Gianfry

H4 LED bulbs are from eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/153688164254 & yea they do make a difference.

Hi @Dubbsley
There's 2 types on the drop down in the link, so are they Canbus H4 ones £14 each or the H4 ones £22 each ?

It look like they give a very good visibility.
Anyway, I guess I will go for some Osram Led bulbs, I saw some reviews and they have a better quality compared to chinese bulbs...and they do not costs a lot. ;)

Hi Ripley55 it’s just the plan H4 option, the canbus option is the error blocker.

Been buying a few bits since the start of the year & now having a few days off work thought I’d get them fitted.

Auto light switch
Golf GTi style pedals
Sunglasses holder &
The trusty Caddy 2K key ring.
