I’ve got a 65, new engine is finally going in ( COVID delays 😩) should hopefully be back on the road end of the month

Same here, Engine had to go on the back burner while all this Covid-19 stuff has been going on. Had it professionally built in 2019, and just getting wiring connected now, once all running, it’s engine out again and spray the engine bay, fit new tarboard and replace. I’m going for a removable rear valence to make engine removal easier in the future Image Decklid is genuine Cabriolet from a 64, need to get more air into the engine 😂😂

Your beetle looks wicked! I’d be well happy to have that in my fleet. Would love my notch to have some patina. Not the case though. Can tell you’ve been bitten with the VW bug lol. I’ve got quite a collection at the moment too.

Here my boy. Not to everyone’s taste but he’s built for speed. He can keep up with a 3.2 911 and he’s still running a stock engine. I’ve had him since 2006 and couldn’t ever sell him.
