Bike holder/rack/rail...

Post by Ainzley91 »

I’m sure at some point I seen a bike holder rail that fixes to the existing rear lashing points right near the rear doors but now can’t find it anywhere..
anyone got an ideas? Or did I make it up in my head

It’s made by blokpod! Great piece of kit.

I went for direct mounting the bracket to the floor. It works a treat Image

That’s why I did this rather than the rail, I lifted the floor, drilled it and put tee-nuts in so all I to is undo the bolts and I’m left with a flat floor. The rails seem a bit clunky. I’m gonna switch to thumb screws to speed it up

I might have a look at doing something like that..
I’ve got soo many ideas in my head as I want almost like a floating floor with storage underneath to, but make it so that flat packs down to so the bikes can go in. I’ve got rear seats going in too. Got a lot going on in there haha

Looks smart but think it’ll be too big as Ive got rear seats too and looks more permanent than I want.
When I’ve got bikes in I think I’ll have to fold seats forward

We can get bikes in back of our maxi kombi with rear seats up but with front wheels removed.
They go in dead easy with both wheels in and seats tipped forward but not removed.
