When hef355 met my Caddy
Gents
Just a quick bit of feedback, good honest work deserves praise so here we go..
I’d been ripped off quite bad at a garage, they didn’t charge me but they really messed up my van and I needed help. Hef messaged me and asked what the problems were and what sort of a solution I wanted so cutting a long story short I decided to have my completely ruined Caddy bussed up to Hef for a TFSI/DSG conversion and I’m bloody glad I did. Between him and his pal they delivered a first class job for me in a timely fashion and the quality of the work is outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble despite encountering some very frustrating problems along the way due to the other garage and what they’d done.
I got regular photos, videos, messages and phone calls so I knew exactly where we were all the time.
I decided to get more and more done along the way and they were more than happy to help. You want a MFSW? They know a bloke, leather seats? They know a bloke, previous garage didn’t supply everything that used to be under the bonnet and it’s being MOT’d in the next hour? They know... well you get it..I’m very proud of my van now so if you’re looking to have a conversion done I’d thoroughly recommend these two very very nice people. Hit them up if you’re thinking of having this done, I think they’ve got stock and I think they’ve got time.
Hef, Medz, lovely job lads, very much appreciated...
Hef show them I can’t figure out the images

Ah sorry for late reply Matt! Thanks for your kind words and it was our pleasure to try and help you as a fellow forum member! So glad you’re as pleased with the conversion as indeed we are!
Matt’s van came up to us in a very sorry and sad state and quite literally butchered by a so called prestige Bentley, Audi, VAG specialist near London! The engine had bits removed and incredibly had a plastic bag caught and mangled between the cam wheel and belt. Not a pretty sight and Matt asked us to source a tfsi donor for the job.
We managed to find a nice low mile (80k) full vag history EOS dsg for him which we drove around daily for a couple of weeks to ensure there were no faults or issues before work began.
With @Medz expertly in charge of the software and wiring and myself on the hardware and spannering, we completed the work including replacement leather seats, Mk7 Gti mfsw, and some lovely genuine Audi S8 20” wheels! This Maxi will look awesome when lowered and Matt has some seriously exciting upgrades planned
Highline petrol clocks were also fitted and the Caddy immobiliser matched to that of the donor and NOT deleted which is crucial! We also fully serviced the van replacing some parts in preparation for a new MOT. We also provided a letter headed inspection report from the MOT centre to suffice the DVLA process for altered V5.
The van was returned to Matt, detailed and gleaming and the look on his face was priceless!
Here are some work in process pics as requested Matt. Cheers buddy

Re: When hef355 met my Caddy
Yeah they’ll take care of it bud. Rumour has it they’ve got a couple of nice donor cars at the moment.
Such a friendly pair of blokes, they really pulled it out the bag for me bearing in mind the other garage trashed it and we didn’t know where we were with it.
I’d recommend them to anyone, I’m so proud of the van now but there’s still lots to do lol...

@Craig Cheatham
Thank you lads for the kind comments. Both @Medz and I appreciate them very much!
@Medz and I are neighbors and ive literally watched him grow up ... I consider him more like a son than a mate and i’ve watched him evolve into a bit of genius in my book! ... he reminds me so much of how I used to be at his age ... with petrol running through our veins, a hunger to learn everything mechanical and a refusal to be beaten on anything! ... he has my upmost respect fair play and im proud to call him my partner in crime!
@dub_nutz if we can be of any help to you in this area, you’re more than welcome to pop over for a chat with us about anything VAG as we’ll talk you to death and back lol, we just love it! Just dont ask me anything about those copper strands covered in coloured plastic ... thats Medz ... im ok with a spray gun, the odd bit of welding and filler, spanner and a lump hammer ... but between us we do ok
