Nothing too exciting lately, just soundproofed the door. Some Dodo mat, superliner and acoustic foam.
When shutting the door it sounds like a posh car now

Is the foam worth doing Giddy? Mines already done with silent coat but might have to get some foam to add to my front doors as well.

@Lister79 I think it worth doing for the best result. Silent coat mats are more for vibration dampening and foam is for a mid-high pitch noise dampening. Saying that, I'm not sure how it would feel just with a vibration dampening mat alone, as I've done all in one go.

After some wrestling, the Motexion bulkhead is in!!! Had to remove the roof liner and even then it was a tight squeeze. Not the easiest job to do on your own in a crazy heat Image

After all this effort, I think it's a good fit for an aftermarket product.

Prior to removing the roof liner I was a little bit worried about how's roof soundproofing surviving the heat. Heard that some people had it falling off. But all was good there. As you can see, after nearly 3 years it all still in place, no peeling off or sagging.

Props mate! Lovely van and been a nice build to follow.

Pretty set on getting a petty caddy myself, after much deliberation.

"Accidentally" bought this Caddy specific rear brake kit for an absolute steal. Now, shall I go for a matching front, or kit up something custom? Thinking maybe TTRS calipers + Clubsport S discs.

Oh that's tasty.
You're doing a lot of preparation work for big power, I can see a bigger engine going in your van at some point.

Not sure if I'm brave enough to take on a full engine swap, but maybe a hybrid turbo at some point would be nice :)
