@swan it was a very good day. There was some fantastic caddy’s there. But one did stand out and we all know who’s caddy that is

There are some good photos and a lot of nice caddys about your van seems to pop up alot on Instagram so it's nice to know other people like what you've created as well
Going back to when it was a 1.6 and you fitted the hybrid turbo I was wondering what your thoughts were on that I was thinking about fitting one but not sure whether to go down that road or not I've heard a few people have done it but I suppose it doesn't stop at a turbo and intercooler plus it's something I can't do myself so it's the added cost of labour

Re: My EX BG VR6 3.2 build
@handyandy If I started all over again I probably wouldn’t to the turbo upgrade. I would go straight in to the engine swap.
The cost of doing the turbo (with labour) would probably be the cost of the labour for the engine swap. But if you’re thinking of keeping the engine you have but just want more then the turbo upgrade is well worth doing in my opinion. As you probably know I got up to 194bhp out of mine and the turbo could do more but would of needed a bigger fuel pump and injectors. So for me I went for the bigger engine

What an awesome van and read. (Didn’t start from the very beginning today but looked through it previously)
Think I need help off the toilet now though, got some right dead legs.
Fair play to your skill and commitment to it!
I’ll stick to my standard work horse as the skill and funds well exceed my capabilities lol but it’s always good to see what is capable with the right heart and mindset.

@Ainzley91
Thanks for taking the time to read my build.
I hope your legs have woken up. To be fair I didn’t think I had the capability to do an engine swap but once you start there’s no going back.

Liking that mate. Those badges have to add 10bhp…..not that you need it with the monster that lives under your bonnet
