VCDS advice Glasgow area

Post by h24nst »

Hi all, I'm looking for a bit of advice, looking to have cruise control fitted and new steering wheel
I've had a quote of £110+ vat? I thought this was a bit expensive as I have all the parts but to be honest I don't know what's involved on the coding in side?? Fitting the parts definitely not a time consuming job and straight forward,so if I ask to get more things activated through VCDS are there more charges then??
Anyone in the Glasgow area who can be recommended
Thanks in advance...

Hi mate how did you get on with this? I’ve recently just bought my caddy and looking to do similar fitting a multifunction wheel & retrofit cruise control. Pretty sure I can fit it all myself just need to know who could code it all
