BMM engine/DPF removal

Post by Weebluecaddy »

So the old exhaust has decided to perform the self-delete mod and whilst I've patched it for the time being its not forever. This has me thinking about getting the 'free-flowing' dpf from Darkside and then a nice stainless system to finish.

My question here is, has anyone with the BMM engine done as such and what are your experiences, pointers, etc?

Would post this in the engine section, but I've not enough posts yet...

Not advising you on something ilegal but taking off the dpf with a downpipe or just braking it inside the original box to keep oem look and you'll be giving your engine plenty of health!
