@Lister79
Looking good… fancy thing in the back of mine… is it a pig of a job or just time consuming? Easy to get it all wired up and the control unit hidden?

Toffee delights
Hi mate, cheers. No it’s physically very easy, just takes time and gets a bit boring drilling all the holes and tying off the strands. The light unit is only two wires (live and earth) so again easily connected up, and the size in relatively small so no issues for space behind trims for installation.

Re: Toffee delights
Finally got my bumpers and bumper trims back from the body shop tonight, and got them built up ready to fit. I was starting to worry they weren’t going to be done for Tatton Park on Sunday.
I won’t lie the wife went mental when she came in to me building them up in the house .

Re: Toffee delights
Front bumper refit and new Alltrack rear bumper installed. Still waiting on the arch pieces (body shop missed them when painting everything), hopefully pick those up tomorrow.
New wheels aren’t going to be ready for the show on Sunday, so I’ll put my Audi wheels back on tomorrow.
Rear bumper installed
Tailpipe shot just because…

Shame the wheels aren’t ready. Thought they looked all boxed up and ready to go. Or is it the new tyres needed £££££££

Re: Toffee delights
Thanks lads.
Yeah it is Dav. Strange isn’t it, 4ish week to machine them up and then around 6 week in testing and certification makes me wonder if something has gone wrong with them tbh. Either that or there is a backlog. I also wondered if they were getting them manufactured elsewhere (China etc), and they were in transit which would explain the time, but they assured me they were manufactured in Wiltshire when I enquired.
I’m swapping the tyres from the Audi wheels for now (hence why I’d taken them off), thankfully I never got the tyres removed.

Re: Toffee delights
Had a good day today on the forum stand with everyone. Heads feeling the sun now. As normal I didn’t get any usable photo so using Owens that he sent me.
Also stupidly drove all the way home without my front number plate on luckily I didn’t pass any police.

Re: Toffee delights
After damaging the carpet on my rear door panels (stained with oil from the bikes), I decided to change them a little. So over the last few days I’ve been plodding away with them.
I’ve added some Tartan and suede to match the rest of the van, and tried to match them to the rear side/sliding door panels by having the lower part deeper and adding the indent. Really pleased with how they come out.
Installed
