Bit of a delay updating this.
I've decided to keep the van and go down the tfsi route.

Picked up an Octavia vrs and dropped off over at caddy solutions for the new transplant to be carried out

Belt fitted whilst the engine was out to make things a bit easier

Revo oversized induction kit also fitted

Turbo back decat exhaust made up by David grunshaw also. Sounds amazing

New set of pirelli pzero pz4 tyres fitted

Once the van was back we realized there was boost issues so new plugs, fuel filter, boost sensors, n75 valve fitted and runner flap delete coded out

Still has slight hesitation on acceleration so the diagnosis continues

The exhaust was made by David gunshaw at j3 welding and fabrication in Leeds

Managed to sort out the running issue
High pressure fuel pump and 02 sensor were to blame
