Hi Raph71 thanks for making the time to have a read through my ramblings!

The paint I used on my brake calipers was Candy Flaming Orange, it came a as kit with the base coat, the orange candy and a 2k clear coat

And the textured spray was from my local car paint shop, ProXL Tex Textured Black Aerosol. Also available on eBay

So, made a pair of temporary headlight adapter looms to test the Touran gas discharge headlights before carrying on with the wiring and install.

The wire sticking out is for testing the shutter motor.

Image

They work and so does the shutter motor, result!

And they’re a little brighter/whiter than the old Halogens Image

Image

Now to make up the new looms for the front and rear levelling sensors, the control module and the headlight looms! Just need the wiring and pins to arrive to complete the OEM look.

A spare engine. that did make me chuckle. What way are you going with it supercharger or turbo?

Possibly down the turbo route. Superchargers sound awesome, however I’d need to remortgage the house to buy one!

Finally got round to finishing off installing my heated seats.

Image

Realised after repinning the plug that the connections were for climatronic. I had planned to upgrade the air con to climatronic but changed my mind, so…

Image
Back out, repinned for climatic and power wire added

And… ahhhh… nice and warm!
