Caddy 4 seat conversion thoughts

Hello all,

I've purchased the 3rd row of seats from a mk5 caddy and plan to fit them to my 2nd row, the reason for this over the 3 seat touran conversion is, it appears less work and i only need 4 seats, i was wondering if anybody had any advice on how im best bolting them to the floor, they do come with the floor clips and seat belts.

Gents any advice you can offer would be great, failing this im just going to get some bolts and plates for the underside, mark the holes, drill them avoiding the fuel tank and then bolt them down.
