2018 infotainment system

New to this so im unaware if this has been an issue. I have 2018 highline. The infotainment system has stopped working completely. No phone, radio, media nothing. I will get sound on the reversing sensors but that is all. Checked the fuses i beleive are the correct ones and all seems fine. Thanks in advance
