Re: What did you do to your van today?
Fitted alltrack side skirts to go with the rear bumper I fitted last month. Turns out they do fit with the side runner bars (nerf bars) but do need cutting back to retain mud flaps. I THINK the van is finally where I want it to be (other than KESSY) until I see another build thread & get more stupid ideas
Caddy MK4 highline. Scirocco heated leather with electric lumbar & full elec drivers seat. ESP/ ASC button & coded. TPMS button & coded (ABS version). Carpet & insulation rear & Touran front carpet. Custom bulkhead. Tints. Front splitter. Side bars. 197hp map (on rolling road). Bi-xenons. Wireless charger. Laser grill led lights. Ambient lighting. Coilovers. Colour coded bump strips. Reverse camera. Front & rear sensors

Re: What did you do to your van today?
Carpet is in, paid my stupid tax broke a clip of the accelerator pedal and one off a trim piece. I'll get replacements sorted.
While the carpet was out I ran the power and phono cables plus lobbed down some more sound proofing.
New gearknob is on nice carbon jobbie which was a ball ache to get to fit. Need a spacer on the shifter arm/stick/what ever you want to call it as the gaiter is a bit too tight so I'll sort a spacer to go under it so it looks nicer than the bare shaft.
Few bits left to do, waiting on the new gear and handbrake gaiters to arrive blue stitching to match the seat covers waiting to hear back from a company in Germany about some scrim fabric with the same stitching to sort the door cards out. Snagged a W8 interior light but I think it has green LED's so that'll be fun to swap out.
Then back into the rear now its warmer I might get the carpet stuck on!

I've just completed the Climatronic retrofit.
It took me a week, but I'm very happy I managed it with so little skills!

Made a little support shelf ...
Not needed with the 3-Cushion bed arrangement, but stops the foot end sagging over the edge when using a self inflating mattress (more comfy option).
Neat stainless steel hinges.

Removed all interior cardboardy panels ready for insulating with some CCfoam and then need to decide on carpet/alcantara/honey comb leatherette covering before cutting new panels out of some marine ply. Basically a clean and empty shell atm!

Fitted the mk4 bumper that's been sat in the garage for months, fitted the reverse sensors and brackets from my old bumper.

Re: What did you do to your van today?
Picked up my new to me Caddy on Sunday. Couple of coding tweaks for now including needle sweep, large digital speedo and more comfort flashes for the indicators.
Need to investigate a RVC error as it's currently not working and getting a Park Pilot not available error when putting it in reverse.

Re: What did you do to your van today?
Returned home from a week down in Cornwall to find that my Solarplexius panels for the barn doors have arrived, so hopefully I'll get them in over the weekend
EDIT -
Got them fitted this evening. VERY simple job, took me maybe 20 minutes, which included removing/refitting the curtains and giving the windows a clean on the inside - will clean the van properly tomorrow.
Anyway, daylight was fading as I finished, so only got a couple of pics. You can see the difference they make to the very bright Vanpro rear interior light. From the outside with no interior light on, you cannot see into the back of the van at all. From inside there's enough light to sit comfortably and chill out without being seen.
