In terms of the 3d colour display in the middle, does the whole unit (ie clocks) have to be changed or can the middle screen essentially be swapped out? I have the highline clocks already but the standard black and white middle MFD...

I think this cluster must be standard on the MK4s including the Startlines, obviously with red needles.
