It’s been an eventful day today.
Finally got the rear brake set up put together so I could make templates to make the brackets.
Finished the strengthening brackets ready for welding and got the rear axle in primer. It’s starting to look how I want it

Re: My EX BG VR6 3.2 build
Having owned my BG van 2 weeks, I've only just joined the forums and have only just found this build thread.
It's taken me pretty much all day to read the whole thing, with ebay open in another window adding parts to my wishlist.
Inspirational, mate!

@sainzFab
Thank you for taking the time to read my build and for your awesome feedback.
Hope you parts list isn’t to long as I know how one thing can lead to doing others.
@RKDesigns
I do believe building this caddy has kept me off the streets for years .
(One day I’ll will be able to go out and play on the streets again )

Re: My EX BG VR6 3.2 build
Having joined the forum today after spending a few days looking for maxis, this thread has me in awe. I haven't seen a build thread this interesting in a long time I've read every page. Coincidentally all the good deals have been ex bg vans so you've given me an eye opener that these can be made to look incredible. Well done sir!

Re: My EX BG VR6 3.2 build
Managed to make one of the caliper brackets and the spacers today.
I now have one side complete.
Just need to make the other side now.
