Passat steering wheel
I’ve chance of Passat steering wheel with controls buttons.just wondering do I need the clock spring also to go with it.ill be fitting it to 2013 caddy and wheel is from 2013 Passat

It'll depend on what clock spring you have and what buttons the wheel has. Your best bet is to check part numbers of your existing clock spring on the Ross Tech site to see what features this allows. When I fitted a MFSW (pretty sure this was from a passat) to my 2013 the buttons worked straight away but I don't think this is always the case. You should be able to see the part number if you pop the steering column cowling off
