My vans started to make an awful knocking sound from the nearside. It can be from either going over bumpy road, to turning the wheel to even braking & going into reverse!!
I thought it may have been the driveshaft but the garage seems to think it’s the gearbox itself. Being a six speed they seem to cost a small fortune even.
They sent me a video showing a plate of some sort knocking but I can’t upload it unfortunately.
Any help or advice will be much appreciated
