My 2016 Caddy has had an intermittent issue with the glowplug light coming on, sticking the van into limp mode. Turn the van off and on it goes away!
After plugging it in the garage found errors for the oil pressure switch, this has been replaced and a few hundred miles later I'm back on the side of the road turning it on and off again to get the light of!
I'm taking it back into to have it looked at again, but is there anything I should be looking at? Read about the brake light switch potentially being a culprit, which does seem convenient as I had to replace both back brake lights around the time this issue started happening.
Any help would be grateful as this is starting to make me pull my hair out haha

An oil pressure switch fault will not cause a flashing coil light, you'll have your instrument cluster screaming at you to stop with an oil can symbol on the display.
