What spares do I need for a long trip

Hi folks. I'm taking my Caddy to France in about 10 days for 3 weeks. First time doing it in the caddy, a 2014 1.6tdi, and I'm just wondering about what spares I should have in case I get stuck. Glow plugs, an injector are the two main ones I have. Changed all the filters only a month or so ago so i think I should be fine without spares for them. Any suggestions? I would be handyish enough mechanically from years with a VW t25 but the caddy is only new to me in the last 6 weeks.

Note re injectors, you will need new seals for the one you don’t need to replace. And a new bolt.

Good shout re the new seal, I wouldn't have thought of that. If I end up having to replace one do I need to code it to the ECU or anything or are they basically just install one and away you go.

I’ll always bring a battery, fluids and aux belt on long trips. (Touch wood) never needed any

Appreciate that Javito. Spare belt is a good one as well. Space in the van is limited so it's going to just be the bare minimum for spares .
