Not too much change with this update as I've pretty much got the van how I want it now.

Removed the rubber splitter and fitted a cheap ABS one off eBay, I sanded it and painted it a textured black so it roughly matches the bumpers.

I have DIY wrapped the rear panel recesses in Gloss Black Avery Dennison vinyl. Screwed up one side but fortunately bought enough to redo it.

Had one wheel straightened as the rear side was slightly buckled and I thought it was contributing to the vibration I've had. It helped some more, but it's not 100% gone.

Then today I have fitted a small single row LED light bar in the bottom part of the front bumper. It's a 60w, 5400 lumen bar, effectively tripling the high beam total light output whilst being relatively discrete.

Now a few years on I've still got this van.

Quite a few changes over the last 3 years.

Factory spec stainless round sidebars fitted.

TRP fibreglass splitter fitted.

Sold the roofbox, Fitted a direct 4x4 canopy and roof bike mount in its place.

Removed the interior. Fitted a Lusso Campers R&R bed and Touran front seats.

Replaced the steering wheel with a leather one. Fitted an RCD 510 DAB+ radio.

Finally fixed the vibration in December 25, when I eventually got round to replacing the offside wheel bearing again. The previous new bearing was still smooth but it was the last component left which I hadn't replaced. SKF one fitted this time, and the vibration was gone.

Just yesterday re-bushed the front lower control arms with PSB poly bushes, the replacement lemforder control arm rear bushes had already failed (1 replaced for oem at MOT last march and the other knocking this year so expected MOT failure). Not great lifetime really for good quality parts, 3 years and about 15k miles!

Probably forgotten many other little tweaks.

Really interesting to see your journey with your van, like how you tidied up the initial conversion, the window tints and exterior mods.

Looks good! Don't suppose you have any pics of the rear interior panels (that cover where the rear side windows would be) before carpeting? Trying to work out how to mount mine.
