Camshaft sensor

Right done my Cambelt and water pump Saturday and hoped it would cure the camshaft sensor issue I’ve ever had an issue with one of these sensors in the years I’ve been working on Vw the belt was a little overdue haha
But I wondering if I’ve damaged the wireing to the sensor as I’ve had the box off and replaced clutch and flywheel recently and also had that crap boost pipe over the gearbox off as split one of the boost hoses
Bls 105 is the engine or should just do the sensor and take Cambelt off again lol Image
