P1306 fault code

Hi everyone so my vans been in the wars.... engine stopped at 50mph then crank but no start 6 weeks ago and had to be recovered. No fault codes... I'd had a remap for an eco map and thought coukd be this got the mapper to have a look and returned to stock map still jo codes. Turns out ofter testing fuel pressure and injector pulsing crankspeed etc the fuel system was split and the pump had machined itself to sparkly glitter blocking everything upstream! So the pressure was correct but no flow. Had EVERYTHING replaced as all blocked and contaminated. So new filter and housing, pump, fuel rail and injectors fuel tank sender and lines dropped and cleaned out and moted. Just picked it up as has a fuel leak on injector fault after all this work and was told its the fuel sensor on the common rail which has been replaced. So after my wallet has been well and truly emptied driving home and the dreaded engine light comes on......old reader out and fault code P1306 manufacturer control code given.
So the question is can I drive it is it a glitch from all the work? The garage is closed for a week but need my wheels any help much appreciated. The van is a caddy maxi mk4 2017 20tdi

Hi mate, are you sure it's P1306 and not P13D6? The code you gave is for a 10 or 12 cylinder petrol engine like a touareg, coil fail cylinder 9.

P13D6 is the official designation for the cylinder 3 pressure sensor fault. The glow plug on that cylinder is different according to what I can find and has a pressure sensor built in. So if you can, check if it's got a bigger plug on it than the others, if so then it's got the sensor built in. Would make sense to do the glow plug and see what it does after that.
