Ref the s3 brakes. Did you have the original lines?
I have a set with original lines and have been told they will connect straight on. Have I been miss informed?

They are MK5 R32 brakes. From what APS told me, the lines from the MK5 are about 2" too short and the hard lines bend whereas the Caddy ones are straight, or at least thats what I remember of the phone conversation! I can try and find out more tomorrow when I check in with them for a progress report.
As for fitting straight on, I don't see why not as others have done with no issues. But, my discs didn't fit straight on. The hub is a smaller diameter than that of the MK5 discs so APS have had some spigot rings machined to make them fit perfectly. Never seen anyone else mention having to do this so not sure whether its just the 2011 model year thats causing all these headaches!

Had an interesting visit to the commercial VW dealers where I've ordered the Cross parts. It looks like I'll have everything tomorrow! Just need to see where the wheelarches are as ordered them thru the car dealers.

I've just collected the Cross side sills inc door trims and silver inserts, rear bumper trim, and a couple of wheel arch trims plus screws and special fixings for sideskirts so whatever VW told you matt@reflex isn't strictly true! All I need now are the remaining wheel arch trims and I've got virtually a whole Cross kit (I'm not bothering with the front bumper extension or the silver diffuser bit for the rear bumper).

Bigharty - I'll say it again. You are a legend.
Hopefully have a few updates next week once APS have finished tweaking things. Can't wait to try out the new suspension tweaks.
