Got the same seats with touran bases in my 2007 tdi caddy. Morally comfy and very supportive. And I'm 6ft4 and 17 stone. Lol. I may have a Kenwood touch screen sat nav DVD Bluetooth coming up for sale and a complete touran bumper

hi mate a just put a set of leather s line seats in mine and just drilled new holes in old subframes and nut and bolted them then put them in together. just an idea for u mate. was dead easy and saves gettin sumframes.

Doing it that way sounds good but do you find you sit too low in vehicle. Mind you I'm 6 ft 4. Lol.

I've not been yet but he did deliver me a centre console when he was last up in Scotland! Top bloke and the centre console is the best bit i've fitted to mine so far!

Finally after waiting to get the right size spline socket I sourced some touran bases last week and set about fitting today - I'm missing one of the bolts for the seats which fit into H frame so if anyone has one laying around could they give me a shout as the standard caddy seat bolts aren't the right size.









Can't believe how much better the are than the standard caddy ones so if anyone's considering- do it!

I got the back seats with these, they were in a bit of a mess so now cleaned and ready to be stripped down as I need to use the fabric..

Fitted my bases yesterday and ended up down the local vw spares buying new bolts , it broke the bank @86p each ( part number . N909 369 01 )

And your right , it's totally different on those bases

Bit of a session yesterday.....

Time to weld this in





Made these cutting ten pieces with 10mm holes drilled in, these were placed under van floor to help bolt hold brackets down



Then as I've never welded before I passed this bit over to a friend



Slightly worrying seeing smoke coming from wheel arches



Everything welded up and sound deadening fitted..





Seat belts in but just need to collect some bolts from vw for the top belt mounts and sort the lower belt mounting bolts



Seats in, they match quite well to the GT front ones

Hi sorry to but in on your page but call rus on 0797020965233 at sirus ref lower bolts as need a sleeve to stop floor crushing he sold me a set bolts and need a 16mm hole bore

Thanks, are you talking about the lower seatbelt mount points?? I'm planning on using a 12mm bolt with nylon nut and spacer on top and bolt/spacer underneath.
