I have the mf steering control module off a Mk6 Golf GTI & MK6 cruise control stalk to be fitted on Monday. I am assured that these, along with the latest version of vag com to activate will work all of the buttons, you have to have a mk6 stalk for cruise to work with Mk6 control module. If its not the latest version of vag com, I think you only have 90% of the buttons working. You also have to have a slip ring version c or above for it to work. Believe me, I have not a clue about anything like this but have found all this information on one of the Mk5 forums and ordered all the parts so I hope it works. Keep you up to speed next week!

Your van is looking great. Best Caddy colour by far.
I didn't think you could get the sportline rear spoiler for the tailgete models.

Thanks for the comments Matt. The spoiler is a two piece sportline bonded together and filled. Just noticed a couple of days ago the filler has split all the way round. Thought the bond (Black type I use for fitting rear spoilers and side mouldings etc.) would have been good enough. Maybe you would have a better solution.

hmmmmm let me know if it works cuz i have heard many things and they all say none of the mk6 stuff works on a mk5 platform.
thats why the steering wheels are so cheap.??? but u will need the beta 10.3 vag-com to play around with mk6 stuff like that.

I would suggest splitting in two an then drilling a few holes into both halves and bonding metal pegs into the holes as well as the mating surfaces and then grind a bit of the spoilers near the joint to allow for a skim of fibreglass.

Going to try this idea out this weekend. You're lucky Matt that its the spoiler you have to save for, I have to save up for a whole front end the same as yours! By the way, any word on the finished product!!

Yeah the bank is empty now.
Its all back together but my Vagcom won't communicate with my ABS control module so i cant drive or MOT it.
I heard its a common problem on tourans and MK5's and will need a new pump/module
