Me and my pal went at fitting webasto yesterday. Managed only to fit main unit with wiring as it came out in the wash that the hoses for FL models are different to Caddy 4 even tho they list them for both!
Damn you VW!!!
Looks like someone did the etka drawings before they changed engines due to emission fiasco.

Had to undo some of the wiring so it's long enough to reach new washer bottle pump. Also had to extend the pump wiring as it would be at full stretch otherwise. Fitted washer level sensor too :)

Thank you Big Pimp, still plenty to come just no time to do it yet :(

This is how ACC is mounted in caddy for those thinking about retrofit. ;)
Took few snaps while bumper was off.

Really nice van.
Where are the rear door bags from, will they fit a 2012 model?

Looks great!

What did you use to color the interior panels? Just a spraycan?

Few small updates :)

Installed the ESP switch which doesn't currently work but hoping it will as my abs module is too fresh for vcds to show long coding helper. Hoping it will be updated in near futureImage.

Also installed USB hub under the centre console beside the cup holders so I can have iPod under armrest and plug in pen drive beside the gear stick if needed. OEM location for it is under the dashboard by the centre tube but I just couldn't see how to gain access to mount the bracket for it so I moved it under the console as there's plenty of room.

I found that there's rubber mat available for the phone by the gear knob. Not sure why they didn't supply it from the start as it's pointless to just have flat slippy surface in thereImage.

Changed the cigarette lighter ring to white one with red illumination. It was originally white led but I've changed it to red Image. I got smokers pack with the van even tho I don't smoke but the ring was black and not illuminated where it normally for smokers pack it should be orange and illuminated (like in FL). The plug was wired up for illumination tho.

Installed red led light under the armrest in the storage compartment which illuminates the area now.

Dynaudio amp is fitted too but only runs with front stock speakers at the mo as I still have to change my doorcards so will do it then. It's hiding under the passenger seat Image.

Got the ignition bezel fitted and working as well. It gives nice red glow around the ignition barrel.

Changed the interior bulbs to Osram Ledriving units which give the OEM mk7 style white shine around the cabin which is amazing. Standard caddy interior light needs 2 x W5W and 1 x C5W
But for my W8 light I needed 4 x W5W

My full electric/memory seats with easy entry and massage function Image
I converted the passenger seat to massage as well as originally it's only the drivers seat that gets it. Had to use memory switch for passenger seat as the massage button is integrated into the switch. Used the adjustment knobs from Audi for brushed aluminium finish.
Fire extinguisher was also added to passenger seat.

How much difference does the bonnet insulation make in terms of road noise? Definitely eyeing one up for my new caddy!
