They are bonded in. I used CT1/Tec7. I also used 4 small woodscrews (13mm) to pull it tight while the adhesive set.
Just be very careful when drilling, as the drill bit will give an outward dent if it hits the outer skin. I used a broken drill bit, which allowed it to protrude from the chuck 7-8 mm.screw the panels in first, then remove, apply adhesive and screw in again

Don't suppose you have the measurements for the ply inserts? I cannot stand the gap that the standard ply leaves between it and the panel, right by the sliding door. This looks like an ideal solution and can carpet straight over the top!

Sorry no, to make them I roughly cut a piece of cardboard to fit the gap, noted where it needed to be 2 mm, 3 mm larger etc, then transfered it to the ply. HTH

Hi mate, love the van!
Green looks so cool 8)

What is the splitter you're using on the lower part of the front bumper,LeonCupra one or something? Is it glossed black too? It finishes it just right :)

Ah, I see, that makes sense. I realised you had done the hybrid/conversion bumper but I couldn't figure out which splitter you'd paired to it. Looks dead smart mate, top work 8)

Nice!

No, not really.
If you look closely, you might be able to spot a black Thule light board.
You'd definitely know they are on there, steering goes light at times

Compromise, even the Eibach kit makes a massive difference visually but still keeps the van perfectly useable for work
I'm thinking of lowering my caddy but I'm a little confused on how these springs fit , I realise they replace the springs that are on the van front but how do you put coil spring on the back when the back are leaf springs , ? obviously I must be missing something , anyone care to enlighten me please ?
Great thread fella and I love your work on your van , you must have a real good job or you won the lottery :)
Well done mate

Also how easy was it to take the touran door cards apart as I was looking to do refit on mine

Sorry, I missed this,
The spring kits all contain 2 springs for the fronts, and a shackle kit for the rear, which basically re-locates the axle from below the leaf spring to above it.
The door cards weren't too difficult, but very time consuming, I think I spent 3 hours each side. Doc gave me the tip of running a Stanley knife down each side of the tabs.
