Yeah for the file they installed it was advised to remove it mate.
All old BMW’s used to have grills built into the air mass meters so I can see why people may choose to leave in. To know for sure it would really need put on a dyno to compare if there is any difference, but I imagine the difference would be so insignificant it won’t make any difference either way.

Where did you get your numbers plates from?? Cant seem to find shortened stamped plates anywhere..

Sounds good to me mate I’m only 20 mins away if that, in Thirsk. So would be good to have a catch up. I head to Studley Royal/Fountains Abbey a fair bit it’s a lovely spot

Managed to to pick up a sliding door interior panel last week so covered it in suede and carpet over the weekend. I did try to do the centre in GTD fabric but there are too many contours for my skill level, so I’ll prob end up getting it done by an upholsterer in the future.
