I hadn't read all of the pages in this thread until now and stuck 3 215mm rings together last night lol oh well, will try and adapt them somehow.
When you rewired door speakers did you find enough space in the grommet from a-post to door for the cable?!
I'm looking to rebuild the bulkhead out of mdf to allow 2 jl audio TW1 12s. Didn't fancy the plastic or cutting up the bulkhead!!

The cable for the tweeters are the easy part! :-)
The cables for the mid-range in the doors was a pain in the ass! :-)

Yea that's what I'm dreading! I don't really want to drill any holes anywhere! I'm going to try and get my components started tomorrow. I won't do anything as fancy as your speaker spacers but ill keep you posted with my build too

did u go with a sub in the end?

No sub yet. But planing on a 10" single under the passanger seat.

Great write up and lovely speaker rings!
You really need some sound proofing such as Dynamat or Roadkill. It will stop all your rattles and make it sound 100% better
