O and should mention that it could have been mapped harder still but Im happy with this as its my daily and there is NO smoke :D

What kind of long term effect do you think it will have on the engine? Is it as clean cut as to say your asking twice as much from it, so 10,000 miles is the equivalent to 20,000 miles?

No its meant to reduce engine life by a few percentage, how ever its down to how you drive it and mentain it. If you drive it as hard as you can everywhere your straining the engine a lot but if your sitting at 70 mph on a motorway its not going to be straining to hard.

Cool :) What extra measures will you take to maintain? More frequent servicing? Higher graded oils? Additives? Fuel?

Does the PD150 turbo bolt straight on, someone mentioned to me that the bolts might be out of line. Also are you upgrading the cooler to account for the larger turbo etc??

Changed my wheels. My mum has these for winter wheels on her mk6 GTD golf so I've borrowed them while im refurbing my BBS CH's. However some people think I should keep these on.

Looks amazing mate, Got the Touran mirrors fitted ok i see. :)
Think you done the right thing keeping it at 190BHP as im running 202BHP and already killed a set of front tyres. :shock: "thats £200 Please!"
