I got a mint one from my breaker but it turned out to be from a2.0 tdi. It fitted but the flywheel is 3mm thicker and it got jammed on my box and killed the slave cylinder. Gsf did me dual mass,clutch and cylinder for 370. Bang on now

Ah that's a bugger, my man at gsf did me same stuff, think it was about the same price luk kit? (he does me trade) so hopefully I'll be alright, defo mk4 tdi 1.9, he knows my van and what I'm doing, he's into his hot rod building so loves stuff like this.

Orite mate. Im currently sourcing bits to do the v2 conversion myself. What part numbers are the front lights and inner wing ends please? If you wouldn't mind it would be a huuuuggggeeeee help :)

They don't sell the ends iirc, you have to buy full inner...

These are some numbers I used..

1T0 805 588 AD SLAM PANEL
1T0 807 221 D BUMPER
1T0 821 021 B WING LEFT
1T0 821 022 B WING RIGHT
1T0 821 135 B WING BRACE
1T0 821 136 B WING BRACE
1T0 823 031 L BONNET
1T1 941 005 B HEADLIGHT LEFT
1T1 941 006 B HEADLIGHT RIGHT

Ive looked all over eBay and the codes for the lights are 1T2 941005 and 006. But no 1T1.

Possibly superseded now, Vw always changing part numbers.

Had half hour spare today so I fitted my rail cover and made a bracket out of some stainless I had hanging around.

Sorry mate I just knocked it up out o some stainless I had hanging around. Simple really just look at reflex build thread and u will see his bracket and just copy that.
