Last night, one of my PD injector failed while driving
Engine - BKD 220k km already
Couldnt run engine faster than 1400rpm and can't get even 50km/h ..
No response from acceleration , and amazing vibration when you try speed up engine
I was decide swap engine few months ago due to DSG issue, but seems like it was a PD injector issue, but this time ECU save error
Anyway - car will go monday to my garage when CFGB engine is waiting 8)

CFGB is only 5km distance (yes 5000m ) from Skoda SuperB Demo car 2012 + brand new PQK DSG box from 130 KW from Passat B7 FWD
Because nothing is P&P ... new Exhaust w/o DPF is also waiting 8)
I will have very bussy next 3 days since tuesday

parts are waiting .....

I cannot wait to see this engine swap. Keep us informed of what parts need to be changed and what is not plug and play from the old engine. I know this is something that many will want to do as the Caddys roll on in miles.

as far as I know:
ECU
Exhaust
IC - due to VW no longer use pipes joining with a clips ( only with hose clamps)
Intake pipes
Air Filter pipes
Additional Water pump

Brake sensor can be use the old one (under dasch, brake peadle)) new cars use brake sensor located in double Brake Pressure Pump, but is working this same old one
Electric fuel pump , close to fuel filter

Depend if you have DPF or not, you can remove DPF sensor pressure
Engine mout (right one) is different due to place to lock electric fuel pump there
Alternator can be use old one if you not place install Start / Stop system
A/C compressor old one too

Seems like new DSG box PQK and DMF 03L105266DF need new starter.
My new starter is 02E911023T from Golf 7, SKoda 5E

Finalny ....... working ;)
Not easy swap, but it was worth time and money !!!!!
Less engine noise (1st time I was think engine is not runnin, so did Ignition OFF and on again ;), it almost like a petrol engine.
More torques , better throttle respons

at the moment I have few issue with DPF bank sensors, so fuel consumptions is over 10l/100km, but I am going to fix it and tune up engine to 130KW
