Ok I’ll be honest here... I’ve skipped a few pages. But WOW!
Credit to you dude that a stunning van and awesome amount of work done to it.

Absolutely love the wheels, but as said before, clearing them would piss me off lol! I have BOLA B12s and they annoy the hell out of me 😂

Looking good, confirmed for me that BBS is the way to go, looking forwards to seeing the KW kit in place

Have you only read the first couple of pages?! KW kit is long gone and the BBS wheels are now my winter or servicing set. Have a look at the last couple of pages to see what it looks like now!

I've tweaked the rear arch liners for clearance using a heat gun, not completely successfully I might add but as these had holes in where the tyres had caught before I figured a good way to test the theory! Will replace with new and pre tweak before installation in the future. I also did a mod which I'm not overly happy about as I believe there's always a better way than hacking stuff off, but again to test a theory, I removed a section about 30mm wide from the edge of the arch liners at the top where they meet the bodywork, and sure enough, it now sits about 10mm lower at the rear when fully aired out. Will take that into consideration when the new arches get modified.

i know u have probably been asked a million times but do u have pics and do u know how to do the tail gate conversion?

I assume you mean from barn doors to tailgate? It has been mentioned in this thread and several others but they are probably buried now! The only way to really do it is to replace the side panel as there is a lot of structure built into the ones for the tailgate where the struts join for obvious reasons.

I get away with it because one side was replaced when the side door was deleted and it was the version for a tailgate with the reinforcement already there. If you don’t use that version there’s a lot of risk of the paint cracking or even the panel distorting causing the tailgate to keep going out of alignment, and its almost impossible to add any strength to that area. Reflex did mine but don’t think its something their keen to take on again.

Interested in your statement @dan@biali regarding 'tweaking' the rear inner arches, and it not being completely successful ?

I've just gone down to 18's but running a 245/40/18 tyre, and realised this has increased my diameter by only 6.1mm, but enough to rub, and it's driving me mad, I was going to try and clearance using a heat gun alone, and I have a mate who's shown me a tool he has that flairs the arch once the heat is applied. The centre of the tool actually bolts on as the wheel, so I'm hoping this may work. I'd be interested in you sharing what you're going to do when you modify the new arches you propose :D are you thinking cutting them and re-plastic welding stepped back ?
Cheers
PS : Van looks F******in Awesome
