Bit out of chronological order due to me being slack in posting these up, but hopefully it'll mean I keep it up in future.
Bought as an empty box van in April, so far I have:
Soundproofed (Classic Acoustics)
Carpeted (Megavanmats)
New floor / flooring (eBay for flooring, 1 piece floor)
Blackout cab curtains (veedubtransporters)
Cheapo heater dial replacements (eBay)
Bed frame (my design, made by a local fabrication company)
Lights in ceiling with switches & dimmer switch (Maplin)
Removable bike holder clamp-arm (eBay)
Colour coded reversing sensors
Cruise control
Touran SE Sport seats / bases
I've just added the dimmer switch to the lights as they were mega bright and put in some Touran seats which I haven't taken any photos of yet. Been on honeymoon to the Alps for two weeks and loads of weekends away. Foam purchased for cushions, just need to decide on how/where to get them covered. Absolutely love her to bits!

Love it
How does the bed work out?
Pretty much what I want for mine
I have a slightly different layout and a military tarp for the canopy

Where does your bike go with the bed in double mode?

Wow this is nice man ...
Really like the rear lights on the roof and also the bike storage.
Very interested in finding out more on those if possible.
Cheers

Very nice...
Do you have a link to the rear lights, the stock light is pathetic

Really good and quick to put up. Four timber legs screw into the bed top via M8 tee nuts and it hinges open:
made with some of these:

From JustKampers, proper OTT indulgence!

Fortunately I haven't had to worry about this yet. It does just fit down the side of the bed but I'd probably wake up with a face full of oil if there were two people in there. I can only think of a bike box in the front seats for when needs must.

This:

...with the support cut down with a hacksaw to save space. It's not amazingly sturdy, but coupled with wedging the front wheel against the passenger seat it's bomber.

Sorry this was on when I bought the van. I'll have a look and see if there's any clues about where it's from. It is brilliant though.

I almost forgot my favourite bit of DIY, my homemade removable blackout screens. 1x cheap blackout blind from Dunelm Mill, 20x neodymium magnets (mega strong) from eBay and some left over carpet to finish them off. The tricky bit was making the templates from some cardboard and a LOT of patience!

I really want to see this thread but for some reason it's saying the pictures have been removed?

Should be working now. Sorry, schoolboy error by me, I renamed the album without thinking it'd mess up the links.

What flooring have you got down in there?

I got an offcut of 'altro' flooring on eBay which was handily just bigger than I needed. Cost about £30 and I bought some tins of paint-on glue from megavanmats to stick it down.
