i thought i would start a build thread as i'm slowly converting my Caddy in to a weekend get away van for mountain biking.
first things first, the head unit had to go and i installed a pioneer sph-da110 with carplay
What do you think to the DA-110? I'm looking to replace my stereo with something a little more modern!

I can get two bikes in there, there is a Maxel mount at either end

I'm making the bed in mine a bit narrower than aerobic's but with a pull out section so I've got the choice of a narrow bed with loads of stuff in the van, or putting the bike outside and having a decent width bed. The 'static' section is basically the same width as the narrower barn door so could possibly allow enough space for a third bike, especially if you whip the pedals off.

Nice work mate,
Starting a project myself now, just debating whether or not I need a leisure battery as I'm only wanting to add a few spotlights, a 12V socket and twin USB in the rear. Suppose I could always add it later if I need it?!

Check out the hubi 10k that's what I'm thinking of using, its solar powered and has USB sockets 12v and 2 lights
