Volkswagen Caddy Racing

Post by Doc »

Just found some pics on the VW Cup site from this seasons racing.
Didn't even know it existed so I'll be keeping an eye out for next years racing.

Anyone been to these and seen the Caddy in action?
The last two races of the season were only last weekend in Donnington.

With 260BHP and sitting that low to the ground it's bound to go round the track like a rocket.
I'd love tho get a rasp in it.
One of the drivers in the VW cup is the head of Audi, lucky fella, prob drives home in an R8. :( (Sigh)

Loving the fact it has no sliding doors.
I was thinking of building one like that so i could run a wider track and arches without the side door rubbing issue.
Looks like its running a MK4 R32 milltek back box.
