Re: My EX BG VR6 3.2 build
@gazza
I have removed the foam already when I fitted the golf 7.5 r bumper.
I will probably buy a touran bumper and redo it myself.
If it wasn’t a bad fit I could probably sought out the rest of it out.
As for the fog lights I already have them and the brackets to fit them.
@Gmancan1
I would have thought the guy that made the would have thought about fitting it to a van to make it.
I don’t know what he did to it it’s just a very bad fit.

@Gmancan1
He charged me £200 to make it.
I bought the first two bumpers (the mk8 gti and the touran)
He bought the 2nd touran bumper.
Now I’m going to have to buy another touran bumper and make it myself. Which I should of done in the first place.
It a very expensive mistake but you live and learn.

Hi Sean, I hope you can finally undo the crap workmanship on your bumper buddy. It's not nice, regardless of how much you paid for the job, to it still not being correct.
Good luck with it

@DW2207
I should be able to take it apart order a new touran bumper and make it myself. Which I should have done in the first place. The trouble was I didn’t have the time to make it. The time it has taken I probably did have the time.

Re: My EX BG VR6 3.2 build
Just a little update on my bumper.
I managed to take it all apart and start again. If all goes well I should get it by the end of the year especially now that I have all the parts.
In the meantime I managed to pick up some cheap Genuine 19s Audi Y spoke wheels for £110. (8.5j ET32) they just fit
Had them refurbished and powder coated black and they have turned out quite well.
In fact I think they have done an awesome job.
Just need to get some rubber on them and get them on.

Re: My EX BG VR6 3.2 build
Started redoing my bumper.
Had good progress yesterday and today until I ran out of staples so I’ve ordered some more. Should be here tomorrow.
Photos of progress so far
Made the holes for the washer jets
Got the arch line in properly with the right hight and test fitted back on the caddy.
Started to staple it together then ran out
But it’s progress
Should of done it myself from the beginning but you live and learn

Re: My EX BG VR6 3.2 build
Wheels are nice job mate
Alot of work in bumper it looks like but should be worth it in the end especially when it's done right.
