Started wrapping the chrome strips on my new gloss black grille. Will be gloss black with tinted chrome. Also OEM xenon headlights awaiting to be fitted and will be tinted with lite smoke film. Hopefully everything will blend in nicely.

Clicked on this build thread a few times, perfect mods Giddy, lovely Caddy mate.
Did you tint over the complete emblem, or cut around the VW logo?
Difficult to see mate, great job.

Thanks lads for your kind comments.
@Simon_B Yes, the whole badge is tinted. You need to heat up the film and it stretches around no problem.

Looks spot on mate. What company did you use as may tint my high-level brake in the near future if the tints good.
Cheers.

I've used VViViD+, it's a dry application film, very easy to work with. Some good videos are on youtube, if you not sure how.

I've just picked up a set, and you access the clips from behind the back of the bumper at all mate???
Cheers.

Re: My Caddy 4, 1.4 TSI, Acapulco blue
Hi Simon, yes you have to unclip them from behind the bumper with long-ish screwdriver or something. Normally a lot of mud builds up there, so you may need to do a bit of cleaning, before you can see what you doing.

Re: My Caddy 4, 1.4 TSI, Acapulco blue
Looks great.
Tint film looks pukka too.
And, also different to mine and any I can see on parts listings ?
Yours has no top piece so just 2 rails going across.
All the ones I see are 3 rail pieces.
Do you have a part number for yours ?
OEM / aftermarket / ?
Cheers,
Pete
