Hi Pete, it's an OEM gloss grille. It looks different in the picture, because I took it apart into separate bits, so I can properly wrap the chrome pieces.

The entire gloss black piece can be unclipped from the frame and then you can remove the individual chrome strips. The third top strip is attached directly to the frame, but can also be removed.

Hope this helps.

Now I have one ...

You must separate the Gloss cover from the grill base structure in order to remove the chrome pieces.
Top one looks like it will come off, but the big centre alignment clip is covered by the gloss front cover and can't be released !!!

All other chrome clips are hidden in the assembled grill 😐

32 clips on the Gloss cover.
18 clips on the top chrome piece.
9 clips per smaller chrome piece (36).

Total 86 clippy bits to release/pry.

Now just have to try my hand at wrapping !
Etc.

p.s. Any wrapping tips ?
🥵

Don't know if I can give you any useful tips
Maybe watch some youtube videos and give it a go, see what's working for you. That's what I did :)
Upon refitting the wrapped bits back you may find that one or two are quite tight and can pull the wrap up. I've used the needle files to file off the high spots on the grille.

Hi Berger, good to see you back. I bought it from TPS. They are Motexion distributors now.

Hi,

Went All Black.
My centre badge is all black.
Yours looks great because it all matches with the tinted badge and tinted bar. Thought it might look odd mixing it on mine, so stuck with just black.

Thanks for inspiration and help.
Pete

Yeah, we all have a slightly different vision. It's all about what works for you and what you want to achieve

Fitted and coded the OEM Bi-Xenon headlights and also fitted my gloss black grille. Somehow it makes the van look just a little bit more modern.
