I had the caddy in for some general work and on pick up sat in it to hear a loud clunk noise. Thinking it was just the seat, drives it away to hear clunking when steering.
Turns out front coil snapped... only the start of the problems
orders new front springs from prosport to just replace both sides but not as simple. Firstly with spring that went breaks the top mount and bearing, checks the other side to find that the shock has been presumably put on using a air ratchet and stripped the thread
