1.6TDI remap

Hi guys, any of you have more than 300k kms on your caddys? Mine just hit 305 on 1.6 102hp, I'm looking for a small engine refurb and getting it mapped.

Has anyone had any issues with their motors after the remap?

Particularly DPF delete at MOT time?

nope, had mine done for a few years now and it goes straight through. no problems on the emissions either

My engines on 206k miles I’ve had dpf delete and egr blanked and the van runs absolutely mint, it was 102bhp originally now its 140bhp I could do a stage 2 as the dpf is removed and make it 150 but I don’t want to strain the clutch too much just incase but the fuel seems to be the same and it’s more fun to drive it really comes alive in second and third gear also from 70-100 in fifth is just effortless 100% worth it

Fogot to mention just make sure you get your dpf filter drilled out and not cut out as they will no it’s been tampered with

Considering the bad press the 1.6 gets, that’s pretty impressive.
