You gotta heat em up slowly and for a long time. Make a box get 3 or 4 heat guns blowing in it for a while and melt the sealant

Or a blow lamp and work your way around removing it as you go. It’s not easy either way πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

Yeah I’ve made my temporary oven the other day but I realised that it’s not butyl rubber it’s permaseal, I’m going to make my own hook tool to cut around the suff.

Haha I understand why I’ve started mine yesterday I’m getting the hang of it though, heat gun and pry.
