Ah okay so you put in the blue part in to the quadlock in the back of the radio, and it's all plugged in and the reverse camera option is on in VCDS and still nothing?
Mine was working but recently it has stopped now

@JusrajC Ah okay we are in the same boat then as mine was working fine but it has stopped now, I cant diagnose if it's the camera or the radio, I was starting to think it might be the radio, I got mine off ebay through a seller called eoda world or something like that

Yea I got mine from Germany form someone called sweethomes something like that and I just installed the 12v filter thing and it still doesn’t work the camera is fine I tested it with my dads sprinter it’s a av connection and it worked so I’ve emailed the eBay guy and he’s saying the camera is not av put it is so I’m confused.

I got my rcd330 from this seller, mine is a no name one, I got it a year and a half ago and had no issues up until now

Oh right okay well it should be av as that's what the yellow cable is ain't it? I'm sorry but seems were in the same boat then as we got the same set up but neither are working, there is a forum dedicated to those rcd330s and they do software updates for them, that was going to be my next nove to try and update the head unit

Fit touran bases and passat cc heated leather seats, all connected up with a loom from @tommyzooom
Fitted the touran centre console too and recovered the arm rest myself

Looks good .. did you remove the existing armrest cover or make one to fit on top of the old one?

I took off the old one and un picked the stitches to use it as a template
