Looks awesome just got one myself last week, I hope mine turns out as good as yours.

I see you have an internal rear door handle did it come with that or did you source it?

Cheers

Great build thread and your vans brilliant.
With your seats did you use the touran centre console to control the heated seat?
Thanks

Looking great mate.

Just wanted to ask about the a3 vents. Do you know what model they came from?

I've got a set lying around at home and just wondered if the are a direct fit in the hole. I've seen you have had to use the food and cut the a3 vent. Other than then that is it pretty much a straight swap??

Mine are from a3 8p I think.

Thanks

Thank you, I used the original vents and chopped the flaps out and used the ring from the original to fit these as the diameter of these audi vent where slightly smaller, i think they are S3 vent but yeah older S3 hope that helps, there is another post about doing this I think more detailed on cutting the original vents, but they use the TT vents

Thanks for that. I did see the audi tt how to but not one for the a3 vents.

Will use that how to and see how I get on. Hopefully this weekend.

Thanks again

Retrim job is wicked bud, loving that centre console. Scirocco seats worth the upgrade?

@themtbphysio Cheers the seats are out of a passat I can't remember if they are the same now though, I like these mine are half electric heated which is lush in the winter. I think they are comfy as I'm used to a more firmer seat compared to standard caddy and these have a good amount of hug but not as much as the mk5 gti seats which is ideal for a van

I had Magic do it but i cant really recomend them as they didnt do it right and it went back they had it for a further 2 weeks to sort it and its still not right so ive given up on them now, i had them do the bonnet and wings as well as a lot of prep on the touran bumper was nearly £800, it's a pain because the bonnet and wings are good and the bumper where they smoothed the headlight washer caps is good but just the bottom went a bit shit they had it 3 weeks in totalImageImageImageImageImageImage
