Well well well
Still got my caddy!!
Been a while since I’ve been on here, had various other cars since I was last on here, never got rid of the caddy though. Was using the caddy as a daily but it was just getting abused. Done plenty of trips up and down the uk and it’s never let me down. Had one minor map sensor issue but that’s it! Currently settled with a Fabia Vrs as the daily to keep the van looking nice.

The time has come… My last post on this build thread. The caddy will be sent to its new home this week.
It’s been off the road for 6 months now, issues started to creep in whilst it wasn’t getting much use, egr, map sensor, all the typical diesel trouble.
Whacked some mk6 golf wheels on to see it through its last mot in my possession, no advisories of course
Luckily it’s going to a friend who will take good care of it.
A big thank you to all the admin team keeping this website alive, and also the members taking time to upload their encyclopedia of knowledge, true hero’s!
Thanks to everyone who’s shown interest in the build over the years, I set out with the goal of making this into something really cool, and to enjoy, I’m proud to say that I’ve achieved that!
