Name is Greg from Durban bought a 2nd hand 2017 Caddy Crew Bus 1.6, first Caddy and loving it, have done some minor little changes. Changed all the interior lights to colour Led, I also did sound deadening(myself) and carpeted the back. Built a shelf for the back. I wanted to ask where do the Durban Caddy guys get spares from. Things I would like to do

1) replace steel rims with 15 inch or maybe 16 inch alloys (don't want to go bigger as potholes cause all types of problems)
2) replace headlights with LED's
3) replace head unit with 9 inch Android unit
4) looking for small parts (seatbelt bolt covers, sliding door latch which hold the side doors open
5) Carpets
6) Seat covers

I suggest you try the local Car shops like Autosytle (https://www.autostyle.co.za/) or MaxMotorsport (https://maxmotorsport.co.za/) on Umgeni.
They stock a variety of parts which are universal, hope you come right

When doing mk6 golf brakes do I need caliper carriers as well ?
Which engine cover do I use ?

Apart from looking really good am I seeing things correctly ?
SWB CADDY Van with a Life side door ?
This is interesting (at least to me) as there has been some discussion over the years about the recessed window and the non recessed rear panel.
Is this a Life door added or a factory fit ?
Looks like it works whichever way it has come about.
