Seats and carpets boxed off, waiting on a few more parts and still need the mats in, anyone have suggestions on some decent mats and where to get them?

Thanks Sean! They took a while.
Honestly, thought they would be more comfortable but the OG ones are better IMO, hands down.

Got on with the back today, why in this heat I don’t know! Van was used for catering prior, so pulled all the back apart and replaced the plastics, blasted off the white, new seal, scrubbed up alright. More you pull apart more you want to do right? I’ve gone for boards as I need some weight in the back. Image

Thought you could all have a laugh. Image
Made a right hash of the first attempt, had enough carpet to get it the second time round, gotta sort the flooring, and new latches at some point next week.

Always want to let people who do it for a living get it done, but I like trying myself, what can I say.Image

Got some tips from a campervan converter.
The second side of the van was a lot easier after I got this advice.

Glue along the top first, then work down the centre of the van until you get to the arch and glue the centre of the arch in place, then work the rest of the carpet either side into the recesses, stretching the carpet with the heal of your hand into the corners before you apply the glue so it's prestreched. One thing I picked up on various videos was to keep tension on the carpet as you work to avoid wrinkles.

Thanks for the heads up on the fabric work! Will try it for sure! Appreciate the knowledge!

In for the new wrap a few days ago among other mods. richer yellow, hoping it pops! (not just the colour).

Door cards getting some work, backs almost there, after some deletes for the pillars, hard to come buy as I’m guessing most people make em. Image

Straight lines! came out spot on apart from the gap by the door from the top strip being covered, turns out speakers are a problem with the mounting too, so will need to fiddle again at some point. Was more hassle than I thought getting them in.
